How we work

Inspection, targeted sampling, and written reports.

We start with the history: a leak, a renovation, an odor, a smoke event, a suspect material, or past cleanup work. That history tells us what information will help you decide what to do next.

  • We do not sell remediation work
  • We agree on the scope before the visit, so you know what to expect
  • Each report explains the findings and their limits

Who we work with

What each client gets.

We turn a technical property concern into a record that everyone involved can use.

For homeowners

Plain answers.

Learn what we observed, why we did or did not collect a sample, and what the report can support.

For contractors

Clear project records.

We document suspect materials, the boundaries of affected areas, and post-work questions before the next phase begins.

For businesses

Testing sized to the space.

We evaluate offices, rentals, shops, and other light-commercial spaces. We do not take on industrial-scale work.
